I do love the phrase executive dysfunction bc the image it conjures is of a bunch of people wearing business suits around a long oval conference table arguing with each other to the point where they’re getting into physical fights, but in the background there’s just a big empty whiteboard with a To Do list with one item on it and that item is “take shower”

“humans don’t do anything for free” somewhere out there there is a guy who spent days if not weeks of his life cataloguing every stupid thing you can do on stardew valley so that you can minmax the fuck out of growing potatoes on a pixel grid for quite literally no reason but that it might help someone else
I spent a weekend screenrecording all of Star Trek Prodigy, its bonus content, and social media content bc Paramount+ decided to scrub it from the internet. It was 48 GB. I have it if anybody wants it, media preservation is important!
I spent a couple of weekends figuring out how to crack open Dragon Age Origins code, rooted around in the audio files and listened to all six (SIX!!) versions of the Suave/Sultry reaction lines the Warden can say. I then transcribed all 150ishx6 lines, re-arranged it bc of course it was randomized, and different depending on the audio file. Me! An Arts and Science Major! Most of them were battle cries/ screaming so the whole thing was a jumpscare. I did this because I really love the Suave/Sultry voice lines, and the wiki was incomplete
I donate plasma whenever I can, because it can’t be replicated in a lab, people need plasma, I don’t need mine. And it’s fun, why not!
The whole point of being alive is to create and share things we care about with one another freely and without reservations!
I’m not about to argue the finer points of Southern culture with anyone, because I can accept that I was born and raised in the hot flames of a dumpster fire, but I’ll tell you gotdamned commie Yankees one thing: I’d rather be dead in the hallowed halls of a Cook Out than alive in an In-N-Out
